To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riwexvosin and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or services will be limited to the lesser of: (a) the total amount you paid to Riwexvosin for services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.
